Ian Jackson

Co-Founder and Board Director

Ian began his career in the early days of computing with IBM, managing significant computing projects internationally as well as for the NSW Government, Commonwealth Government, and private companies, primarily in the finance sector.

Ian has held senior industry positions, including Managing Director of Logica Australia, Managing Director of Logica Finance (UK) and Managing Director of Cap Gemini Global Finance Sector.

Most recently, he has participated as both an investor and non-executive director in several successful technology start-up companies, servicing the finance sector.

Since returning to Sydney in 2016, Ian has devoted his time to charitable and community-focused work supporting First Nations entrepreneurs through First Nations Worthwhile Ventures, and established a postgraduate dermatology training centre in the Pacific Islands with Pacific Dermatology Ltd.

He continues to advise early-stage ventures and is the author of Amusings, a collection of short stories published in 2024. Ian holds a BSc from the University of Queensland.
