    Co-Founder and Board Chair

    Alex is a dental practitioner and scientist with over 30 years of experience in clinical dentistry, academic research and rural service delivery. As Co-Founder and Chair of the Board, she brings deep insight into the biological and systemic drivers of oral disease, and a strong commitment to research translation and community impact.

    From molecular biology to remote outreach clinics with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Alex’s career reflects the rigour and reach we embed in everything we do.

    Co-Founder

    Jo is a for-purpose leader with two decades of experience driving national campaigns, social impact partnerships and behaviour change strategies.

    As a Co-Founder of FRED, she brings her passion for health equity and communications expertise to help bring our vision to life. Jo also leads a range of strategic and operational projects at FRED.

    Michael is a Board Director at FRED, and Co-Founder and CEO of Elysium Digital. Michael has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK.

    Under his leadership, Elysium Digital grew from inception to national prominence, topping The Australian Financial Review’s Fast Starters 2023 list as Australia’s fastest-growing company.

    Michael’s leadership philosophy is focussed on clarity of purpose, collaboration and delivery excellence and drives his work with FRED, where he applies his experience in governance, technology strategy and organisational growth.
